This zine takes a judgment written for the Feminist Judgments in International Law project and uses the zine form to revisit, reinterpret and think again about the utility of feminist judgments. The particular case concerns the collision of two ships at sea in 1926. The zine will explain the judgment, but also question why and how the judgment was written, and provide guidance on using feminist judgment writing as a tool of legal activism.
